Hams does not have an account to register

This determines the entire process on this page: there is no login page in the app, no email, Google or Apple login, and there is no "Hams account email" that can be filled in.

What actually exists is an anonymous identifier

  • The app automatically creates an anonymous identity when needed, which is used to issue advertising rewards and verify member rights without requiring you to provide any personal information.
  • This identifier is tied to the current installation. After uninstalling, reinstalling or clearing App data, it will become a new identity.
  • There are no accounts that can be migrated across devices. The continuation of membership rights depends on the Google Play account and "restore membership rights" and does not rely on the Hams account.
  • There is no interface in the app that displays this logo, and you cannot and do not need to copy it to us.

Therefore this page will not ask you for

  • Hams account email or username - they don't exist
  • Any password, SMS verification code or payment password
  • Google account password or login credentials
  • Private Vault image, screenshot or file

The email address in the form below is the "email address you use to contact us" and is only used for us to reply to the processing results, not the "Hams account email address".

What kind of operation do you really want to complete?

These four things are often lumped together, but they do not affect each other and need to be dealt with separately.

Sign out of the anonymous identity within the app

Delete the anonymous identity record currently used by the app. Path within the app: Settings → "Storage and Data" → "Logout Anonymous Identity".

The app will not log you out after logging out, and a new anonymous identity will be created the next time an identity is required.

Delete downloads and safe contents from your device

Delete videos, images, download history, browsing history saved on the current device, and files in the Private Vault.

Deregistering the anonymous identity does not change this data at all, and must be processed on the device itself.

Cancel VIP or SVIP subscription

Stop your Google Play membership subscription from renewing in future cycles.

Logging out of your anonymous identity will not cancel your subscription, nor will uninstalling the app. Subscriptions can only be managed in Google Play.

Request to delete records still retained by the server

Request us to delete records associated with your anonymous identity on the server, such as advertising reward distribution records and safe recovery records.

Logging out within the app will not delete these records, and there is currently no self-service entrance, which requires manual processing via email.

What does "Unregister Anonymous Identity" actually do?

Here is the actual behavior of the current version of the app. Logging out only does one thing: deletes the anonymous identity record. Other data will not be affected.

How to process various types of data after executing "Remove Anonymous Identity" in the app
Data categoryProcessing after canceling anonymous identification
Anonymous identity recordsDelete now
Current anonymous IDExpires along with the identity record; the next time the identity is needed, the app will create a new anonymous identity
Sign-in statusNo change - the app has no login page and will not stay in the unlogged state.
Download file in deviceUnaffected and still saved on the device
Browsing history, cache and cookiesNot affected, needs to be cleared separately in the app
Files in Private VaultNot affected, still saved on the device, still requires pattern unlock
VIP/SVIP SubscriptionThere will be no cancellation or refund, and it needs to be managed separately on Google Play. After changing to a new logo, if the membership status in the app displays abnormally, you can use "Restore Membership Rights" to re-associate.
Records associated with the old identity on the serverThe logout operation will not be deleted and requires manual processing via email request.
Google Play transaction historyHandled by Google Play in accordance with its rules
Third-party website accounts and datanot affected

You are not logged out after logging out. The app has no login page and does not remain logged in: a new anonymous identity is automatically created the next time an identity is required. What you get is "a new anonymous identity", not "no account".

The confirmation pop-up window in the app reads "Your cloud data (including VIP rights) will be permanently deleted." This sentence is inconsistent with the actual behavior: logging out will not delete existing records on the server, nor will it cancel or refund any member subscriptions. Please refer to the instructions on this page.

It will be deleted if you log out.

Current anonymous identity record

  • Firebase anonymous identity record itself, deleted immediately after confirmation
  • There is no grace period and no revocation window - there is no way to get the old logo back after deletion.
  • The old logo becomes invalid and can no longer be used to receive advertising rewards or verify membership rights.

This is the entire action of "Unregistering the Anonymous Identity" and does not involve any other data.

Logout completely immobile

Device local files and records

Downloaded videos and images, download task records, browsing history, cache and cookies are all saved on the device, and logging out of the anonymous ID will not delete any of them.

Private Vault

The files in the safe are still on the device and still need to be unlocked with a pattern. To clean up these contents, please export or delete them yourself in the safe, seePrivacy Deposit Box User Guide.

Member subscription

VIP/SVIP subscriptions are billed by Google Play. Canceling the anonymous ID will not cancel the subscription, stop renewal, or refund; since the ID will be changed, the membership status in the app may need to be re-associated using "Restore Membership Rights".

Existing records on the server

Records on the server with the old identifier as the key (such as advertising reward distribution records, safe recovery related records) are not within the scope of logout and need to be processed through email requests.

Third-party websites and Google accounts

Logging out of Hams' anonymous identity will not affect your accounts, cookies, orders on third-party websites, or your Google account.

Sign out of anonymous identification within the app

This step is all completed within the app, no email, password or verification code is required, and no operations on this website are required.

Open Settings → "Storage & Data"

There are also "Browser Settings" and "Manage Storage Space" in this group, and clearing browsing history and cache are also here.

Click "Deregister Anonymous ID"

The App will pop up a "Confirm logout of anonymous ID" for secondary confirmation. Please read it before confirmingWhat does "Unregister Anonymous Identity" actually do?.

Execute immediately after confirmation

When the app prompts "Account has been logged out", the anonymous identity record has been deleted, the remaining data remains intact, and the app can still be used.

If the logout fails, the app's current error message displays an old contact email. Please contact instead hamsbrowser@gmail.com, and attach the original text of the error message.

  1. Confirm scope
  2. Fill in the request information
  3. Generate and send emails
  4. Waiting for email reply

Submit a deletion request via email

Logout within the app only handles the identity record itself. If you still need us to delete the records associated with the old identity on the server, please use the form below to generate an email. The form content will not be sent to our server.

There is currently no self-service deletion portal on the web page, and there is no automated deletion process, deletion request queue or status query interface on the server side. All requests are handled manually via email, so we do not promise a specific completion timeframe.

Since Hams does not have an account system, we cannot verify your identity through email. Please try to provide verifiable information (such as Google Play order number), otherwise we may not be able to locate the records related to you and delete them.

Delete request information

All fields except contact email are optional. Do not fill in any passwords, verification codes or payment information here.

This is not a "Hams account email" - Hams does not have an account email. This address is only used for us to reply to the processing results.

Only available if you have purchased VIP or SVIP, in the form of GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000, which can be found in your purchase history on Google Play. This is currently the easiest clue to check. Only fill in the order number and do not send any payment receipt.

Confirm what this email can and cannot do

This email can be requested
  • Delete the records corresponding to you on the server
  • Explain what other records we retain about you
  • Email reply processing results
This email cannot be completed
  • Delete downloads, browsing history, or safe contents from your device
  • Cancel or return a Google Play subscription
  • Delete your account and data on third-party websites
  • Recover deleted data

You may still hold active membership benefits. Deleting the server record will not cancel your Google Play subscription; if you wish to stop renewal, please cancel it separately on Google Play. Unsubscription is not a prerequisite for submitting a removal request.

Manage Google Play subscriptions

Confirm submission of this removal request

We will generate an email for you to hamsbrowser@gmail.com. The request will only enter the acceptance process after you actually send the email; deleted server records cannot be restored.

How the request will be processed

There is currently no self-service status page, no query number or progress page. All processes are conducted via email.

Process 01

you send mail

The request does not enter the acceptance process until the email is actually sent. Please send it from the contact email you filled in the form so that we can respond.

Process 02

We manually check

Since Hams does not have an account system, we need to determine whether we can locate relevant records based on the information you provide. If there is insufficient information, we will reply to you and ask.

Process 03

We reply with results

After the processing is completed, we will explain by email which records have been deleted and which records have not been deleted due to legal obligations or technical limitations.

Process 04

When it cannot be verified

If we cannot confirm that the request corresponds to a record, we may not be able to perform the deletion. This is to prevent others from making requests on your behalf.

There is currently no automated deletion process, and there is no promised processing time limit: this page will not say "delete within X days" because there is no corresponding mechanism in the product. The processing time limit needs to be formally defined and implemented before the deletion process can be committed to the outside world.

Common situations

Situation 01

I can't find Hams account email

Hams does not have an account email. The app never asks for registration or login, nor does it send you a verification email. The email address in the form is just the address where we will reply to you.

Situation 02

I have uninstalled the app

Uninstalling will clear the anonymous identity on the device, and reinstalling will get a new identity. The original records on the server will not be deleted due to uninstallation, and you can no longer log out of it in the app. Please explain the situation via email.

Situation 03

I have already logged out of my account within the app

That step only deletes the identity record itself. The local data in the device and the existing records on the server are still there and need to be processed separately.

Situation 04

I bought VIP or SVIP

Canceling your anonymous ID will not cancel your subscription and will not refund you. If the membership status in the app is abnormal after logging out, you can use "Restore Membership Rights" in the Member Center to re-associate Google Play purchases.

Situation 05

App prompts that logout failed

The current failure prompt of the app shows an old contact email. Please send to instead hamsbrowser@gmail.com, and attach the original text of the error message.

Information required for manual application

Email subject:[Hams Privacy Request] Account Deletion

Request type: Delete the server record associated with my anonymous ID
Contact email:
Request content:
Whether the anonymous identity has been logged out in the app:
Google Play order number (if applicable):
Device and App Information:
Country or region:
Additional instructions:

Please do not send any passwords, SMS verification codes, complete bank card numbers, payment passwords, Private Vault patterns or screenshots, download files, or browsing history. Hams will not ask you for this information.

Delete local content from device

Logging out of your anonymous identity will not delete the data from your device at all. Each of the following items needs to be completed separately in the app or system.

  1. Delete downloaded files that are no longer needed in the Download Center; "Clear Download Records" only clears task records and does not delete the files themselves.
  2. Settings → "Storage and Data" → "Browser Settings" → "Clear Browsing History" to clear the browsing history left in the homepage address bar.
  3. Settings → "Storage and Data" → "Browser Settings" → "Clear Cache and Session Information" to clear cache, cookies and local session data.
  4. Check the public storage directory Download/Hams/(The name of the save folder can be modified in settings), and the files in it will not disappear when the app is uninstalled.
  5. deal withPrivate VaultContents in: The files that need to be retained are exported as unprotected copies, and the items that are not needed are deleted in the safe.
  6. If you want to clear all App private data, you can clear App data in system settings or uninstall the app.

Uninstalling Hams or clearing App data will clear the contents of the app's private directory, including files in the Private Vault - the safe files are encrypted and stored in the app's private directory and cannot be recovered after clearing. Download files saved in the public storage directory and unprotected copies you exported will continue to exist, and Google Play subscriptions will not be automatically canceled due to uninstallation.

Manage Google Play subscriptions

Subscriptions and anonymous identification within the app are two independent systems. Logging out of your anonymous identity will not automatically unsubscribe, nor will uninstalling the app.

It is recommended to confirm again after submitting the request.

Local content on the device

Make sure the download directory, browsing history, and safe are handled as you need.

Google Play subscription

Confirm that the subscription status is as expected; if you need to stop renewal, please cancel it on Google Play.

Member rights display

If the membership status in the app is abnormal after logging out, use "Restore Member Rights" in the Member Center.

keep your mail

There is currently no request number, please save the email you sent and our response for your records.

Retention period and processing time limit

We will only continue to retain limited data for as long as we have a clear legitimate reason to do so, such as to comply with a legal obligation, prevent fraud, handle payment disputes or prove that a deletion request has been completed. Data that continues to be retained will have restricted purposes and access rights.

But the current implementation must be truthfully stated:

  • Logout within the app is performed immediately, with no grace period and no undo window; there is no "queuing of deletion requests" or "delayed deletion" mechanisms.
  • There is no automated process for deleting records on the server side. It is all handled manually based on email requests. There is no deletion request queue, and there is no user-oriented progress record.
  • Therefore this page does not list any retention days, nor does it give a processing time limit.

To be added: The specific retention period of various records and the processing time limit of deletion requests need to be filled in after the deletion process is formally defined and implemented, and confirmed by engineering and legal affairs. Before this, no number of days will be written on this page - "Deletion completed in X days" and "Keeped for Y days" do not exist in the current product.

Data processed by third parties is not affected by the process on this page: Google Play's transaction records, as well as the records of advertising and subscription service providers on their servers, are retained according to their respective policies, and their privacy policies need to be consulted.
