Browse first, discover first, download first
Free provides basic usage capabilities of Hams. You can open a web page, let Hams try to discover the videos and images on the page, and save what it can to your device.

Free does not include VIP or SVIP membership benefits, and regular app ads may be displayed during use. This file is displayed as "normal version" in the app.
Less distractions, more privacy
VIP retains the basic usage capabilities of Hams and removes regular app ads, while providing a Private Vault and longer browsing history retention.

VIPs are only exempt from regular app ads; rewarded ads used to preview SVIP features may still appear.
VIP membership benefits are the above three items. Download quality, number of concurrent downloads, list page batch downloads, resource preview size and advanced browser functions are completely the same between the VIP and regular versions, and these are SVIP.
A more focused daily experience
Remove common app ads in Hams to make browsing, discovering, and managing downloads more consistent.
The content and advertisements displayed on the web page itself do not belong to Hams regular app ads, and VIP will not modify the content of third-party web pages.
Protect local content that you don’t want to be viewed casually
Move local files that require additional protection into a Private Vault for unified management. An unlock pattern is required to enter the safe, and preview, export, recovery, and deletion also require system authentication of the device; the safe will be automatically locked after leaving the app or being idle for a period of time.
Private Vault is not a substitute for device system passwords, account security, and complete device protection.
SVIP's Ultra Security Safe is a separate safe and not the higher security level of Private Vault; the files between the two are not interoperable.
Faster, clearer, download more at once
SVIP includes all the benefits of VIP, and additionally provides high-speed downloads, original quality, batch downloads and Extreme Vaults.

Reduce unnecessary waiting
SVIP provides high-speed download capabilities and can adjust the number of simultaneous download tasks; the number of concurrent downloads for the regular version and VIP is 1, which can only be temporarily increased within this session by watching ads.
Actual speeds will still be limited by resource servers, network environment, device status and media sources.

Original quality
When the web page is provided, a more complete quality is saved.
SVIP can use native quality download capabilities when the web page is actually available and Hams is able to discover the corresponding version. The download quality limit for the regular version and VIP is 1080P, and the default 2K/4K quality in the settings is only available for SVIP.
Original quality does not mean that all assets are 4K, nor does it mean that Hams will improve the clarity that the web page does not originally provide.

Batch download
If you like more than one, choose together
Filter and select multiple videos or images in the same download panel, and then add them to download tasks together. On the list pages of X, Instagram and Pinterest, batch downloads are exclusive to SVIP; regular and VIP users can enter the post details page to download.
Batch download means creating multiple tasks at once and does not necessarily mean that all tasks are run concurrently at the same time - the number of simultaneous tasks is determined by the concurrent download setting.

Extreme Vault
Provide complete capabilities for higher-demand local privacy management
The Extreme Vault is another safe alongside the Private Vault: strong biometric authentication of the device is required before entering, it is automatically locked after leaving, and you can choose to turn on scheduled automatic destruction.
Extreme Vaults are not a higher security level than Private Vaults and are independent of each other. The specific safe capabilities and limitations are subject to the current instructions in the app.

Extreme Vault
Except for advertising, Private Vault and browsing history retention, VIP has exactly the same functions as the regular version (Free).
VIPs are only exempt from regular app ads; rewarded ads used to preview SVIP features may still appear.
"Include" means that SVIP already includes VIP's Private Vault; the Extreme Vault is another safe unique to SVIP, and the two are independent of each other.
Some SVIP features can be temporarily previewed in the app by watching rewarded ads: the preview of high-definition resources is only effective for this download of the current resource, the number of concurrent downloads and the preview size are only valid for this session, and the option with the same name in the settings page does not provide preview. The trial will not open a membership.
The content, advertisements, resources, quality and download performance of the web page are not determined by the membership plan alone. Specific rights and interests are subject to the current membership page in the app.
Pricing and subscription information, confirm within the app
Hams membership prices may vary by country, region, currency, billing cycle and content currently displayed on Google Play.
Please check the actual price, subscription period and billing terms within the app before confirming your purchase. What appears on the Google Play final confirmation page should be used as the basis for purchase.
Both VIP and SVIP are subscription-based, divided into annual, monthly, and weekly cycles, and there is no buyout or lifetime plan.
Hams does not currently offer a free trial period. The "Preview SVIP feature" in the app is a one-time trial in exchange for watching rewarded ads. It is only valid for this download or session. It will not activate a membership and will not incur any deductions.
In order to avoid inconsistency between the official website price and the actual settlement information in the app, the official website does not display fixed membership prices.

Already purchased, but the benefits are not displayed

Confirm Google Play account
Confirm that the Google Play account used by the current device is the same as when purchasing the membership.

Confirm network connection
Benefit synchronization and purchase recovery require a normal network connection.

Use restore purchases
Use "Restore Membership Rights" in the membership management of the Hams settings page, or use the recovery option on the purchase page and wait for the status to be synchronized.

Don't repeat purchases
When the payment has been completed but the benefits are not displayed, please resume the purchase or contact support first, and do not purchase the same plan again.

Contact support
If the issue is still unresolved, you can provide the purchase time, Google Play order number, and screenshot of the issue.
When the network is abnormal, the app may not be able to confirm the membership status temporarily and will display the regular version first. This does not mean that the subscription has expired; you can recheck or use "Restore Membership Rights" after the network is restored.
Please do not provide bank card numbers, payment passwords, verification codes or complete payment credentials.
What happens after membership expires
After the subscription expires, the paid benefits will stop immediately, and the app will change the member-protected settings back to the values corresponding to the regular version. Downloaded files and files in the safe will not be deleted due to membership expiration.
The time point when rights stop
Paid benefits will stop when the subscription expires, and there is no additional grace period. Only when the membership service is temporarily unavailable, subscriptions that are still being automatically renewed will remain offline for a short period of time.
Turning off automatic renewal will not expire immediately, and membership benefits will continue until the end of the current subscription period.
Settings that will be changed back when SVIP expires
- Default download quality (2K/4K) changed to 1080P
- Resource preview size changed to smallest
- Number of concurrent downloads changed to 1
- Video preview automatically plays and loops off
- Shake to confirm to open the link and close it
- Inject the download button into the web page to close it
- All temporary unlocks obtained by watching ads will be cleared.
Before downgrading, the app will save a snapshot of settings. When reactivating SVIP, priority will be given to restoring based on the snapshot.

Files remain encrypted and will not be automatically deleted. After downgrading to the regular version, the safe entrance will no longer be displayed on the homepage.
After downgrading from SVIP to VIP, the app will provide a one-time recovery entrance to convert the files in the Extreme Vault to a Private Vault or move them out of the safe. Recovery can only be started once, and the available windows are issued by the server.

After resubscribing or changing devices, you can use "Restore Membership Rights" to retrieve the purchased rights. Unsubscribing is done in Google Play's Subscription Management.
Four frequently asked questions about membership
Does VIP include high-speed downloads?
Not included. High-speed downloads, 2K/4K original quality, batch downloads of list pages, larger resource preview sizes, and advanced browser features all belong to SVIP. The functions of VIP are the same as those of the regular version, except for the removal of regular app ads, Private Vault, and longer browsing history retention.
Does SVIP include VIP benefits?
Include. SVIP includes VIP benefits such as removal of regular app ads, Private Vault, and browsing history retention, and adds full download capabilities and SVIP’s unique Extreme Vault.
Can members enable all web pages to support downloading?
cannot. Membership plans do not bypass site access controls or media technology restrictions; DRM-protected content is not supported and attempted downloads will fail. Some sites Hams do not offer any downloading capabilities. Actual results will still depend on the page and resource itself.
Why are the prices on the official website different from those on the app?
The official website does not maintain fixed prices. The actual price, currency, billing cycle and promotion information are subject to the in-app and Google Play confirmation page.
