Open a public Weibo post in Hams and let the video or image load on the page. When Hams finds downloadable videos or images, it organizes them in the download panel.
Support scope
- Videos and images in public Weibo posts.
- Downloadable content that is actually loaded on the public page.
- Private accounts, sign-in pages, verification pages, and settings pages are not supported.
Steps
- Open the Weibo content page in Hams.
- Go to a public post that contains a video or image.
- Play the video or wait for images to load.
- Open the download panel.
- Preview the detected items and choose what you need.
- Download and manage saved files in the Download Center.

Quality and saving
Whether Weibo provides multiple versions depends on the webpage itself. Hams shows only the available versions that the page provides and the app can find.
Limits
- Hams can only find content that the webpage provides, that you are allowed to access, and that the app can detect. Whether it can be downloaded also depends on the page loading method and media format.
- Hams does not bypass private accounts, sign-in gates, paid content, DRM, or other access controls.
- If the page only shows a cover image, screenshot, or external preview, the target video may not appear in the download panel.
If no download button appears
- Confirm that you are not on a sign-in, verification, or list preview page.
- Let the target video start playing first.
- If the page state looks abnormal, refresh once and open the download panel again.
FAQ
Can Weibo GIFs or images appear in the download panel?
If the page actually loads downloadable images or videos, Hams will try to show them in the download panel.
Does no download button mean Hams is broken?
Not necessarily. Sign-in limits, page structure, media format, or content that has not truly loaded can all prevent the button from appearing.
