Video Plays but the Download Button Does Not Appear
When Hams does not show a download button, the usual cause is that the app cannot find compatible media on the current page, the media has not actually loaded, or the page is outside the supported scope.
Check the page type
- Open the individual post or media page instead of a feed preview.
- Avoid login, settings, search result, or redirect pages.
- Confirm the website is within Hams support scope.
Make the media load
- Start playback for videos.
- Scroll to the target image or video.
- Wait briefly for the webpage to finish media requests.
Check access and limits
- Private accounts, paid content, DRM, regional limits, and sign-in gates are not bypassed.
- YouTube, Google, Netflix, Disney+, and other major streaming services are outside Hams media detection.
- If detection still fails, refresh once and reopen the download panel.
